- 1955 — Al-Nassr was founded on 24 October 1955 by the Al-Ja'ba brothers, and Prince Abdul Rahman bin Saud later served as president for more than 39 years.
- Al-Alami — Al-Alami means 'The Global One'. Al-Nassr picked it up after playing at the first FIFA Club World Championship in Brazil in January 2000.
- The Arabian Pelé — As of 2025, Majed Abdullah, often called 'The Arabian Pelé', was Saudi Arabia's all-time leading scorer with 72 goals in 117 internationals.
- 189 — Majed Abdullah scored 189 league goals in 194 league games for Al-Nassr.

- Majed Abdullah — Majed Abdullah scored 21 goals against Al-Hilal in official matches. Al-Nassr's Mohammad Al-Sahlawi is next with 17.

- Al-Hilal — The stadium had been home to Riyadh rivals Al-Hilal from 2018 to 2020 before Al-Nassr moved in.
- José Daniel Carreño — Under José Daniel Carreño, Al-Nassr went 22 matches unbeaten and won the league and the Crown Prince Cup, beating Al-Hilal in the cup final.
- Manchester United — Manchester United ended Ronaldo's contract on 22 November 2022, and Al-Nassr signed him on 30 December 2022.

- Napoli — Rudi Garcia left Al-Nassr by mutual agreement on 13 April 2023 after under ten months in charge, and was named Napoli head coach in June 2023.
- Botafogo — Luís Castro managed Botafogo from 2022 to 2023 before Al-Nassr appointed him on 6 July 2023. He was replaced in September 2024.
- Stefano Pioli — Al-Nassr appointed Stefano Pioli on 18 September 2024, the day after Castro left. Pioli had managed Milan from 2019 to 2024.
- Jorge Jesus — Jorge Jesus joined in July 2025, two months after leaving Al-Hilal, and beat his old club to the title on the final day. Ange Postecoglou replaced him after the season.
