For bug reports, it helps to tell us your device and what you were doing when it happened. For question corrections, include the question and what's wrong with it — we review and fix the bank quickly, and we genuinely appreciate the catch. For press, partnership or anything else, the same address works.

Question corrections are the ones we most want to receive. The bank runs to thousands of questions covering a century of football, and some of it is genuinely contested — a transfer fee reported three different ways, a goal credited to two players, a record that changed hands last season. Players catch these faster than any review process does, and a correction that arrives with a source attached usually goes live the same week. If you disagree with an answer, say so; being told we are wrong is more useful than being told the app is nice.

A few things we get asked often. The game is free to play with no account required, and the daily games reset at midnight in your own timezone. Progress is stored on the device unless you sign in, so clearing your browser data will clear your streak — signing in is the way to keep it across devices. The native apps for iPhone and Android carry no ads and no analytics. If you want to know exactly what is stored and why, the privacy policy spells it out in plain language.
