The short version: Ball IQ does not collect, store or share any personal data. All your game progress is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.

1. Information We Collect

Ball IQ does not collect any personal information. We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any identifying information to use the app.

2. Data Storage

All app data — including your scores, XP, badges, settings and game history — is stored locally on your device using your browser's local storage. This data:

Never leaves your device
Is never transmitted to our servers
Is never shared with third parties
Can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser or app data

3. Analytics

Ball IQ does not use any analytics tools, tracking pixels, or third-party SDKs that collect usage data. We do not track how you use the app.

4. Advertising

Ball IQ does not display advertisements and does not work with any advertising networks.

5. Third-party services we use

Supabase (database and authentication): When you sign in with email or play Online 1v1 multiplayer, your username, profile data, scores, and game results are stored on Supabase servers. Online multiplayer also uses Supabase Realtime to sync game state between players. Avatar images are uploaded to Supabase Storage.
Google Fonts: We load the Inter and JetBrains Mono fonts from fonts.googleapis.com. Google may log your IP address when these fonts are loaded.
Cropper.js (CDN): When you upload a profile picture, we load an image cropping library from cdnjs.cloudflare.com. The CDN provider may log your IP address.

We do not run any analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising. We do not sell or share any user data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

Ball IQ does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app contains no inappropriate content and is suitable for all ages.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
